Demand should be identify for specific product in certain area in order to ensure maximum profit.
Repeated marketing research should give clear conception about what types of product should be offered.

Demand factors
Demand is dependent on some factors
First is purchasing capability: Customer should be capable to purchase product.

It is not a wise decession to sell  a car in poor region.  Selecting a product to sell a product in an area first need to consider per capita income of people.


Demand is the need of customer to a specific product that can satisfy the customer with its benefit.
For example, For a patient with Diabetes melitus Inaulin have a great demand. Because, it can redices glucose level in body.

Existed demand: Need of any product is existed and people willingly search this product to purchase with a behavior of snatching attitude.





Created demand: When any product is necessary for customer, but customer is not realising about this product. In that case demand is created by the selling skill of sales people to this customer through a strong selling techniques.
